2. Service Description
OxPulse is a free WebRTC-based video calling service providing 1-on-1 video communication without registration.
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Use the service for any illegal activity
- Record calls without the other party's consent
- Engage in harassment or distribute spam
- Interfere with the operation of the service
- Circumvent any technical limitations or restrictions
4. Intellectual Property
All rights to the service, its design, code, and trademarks are reserved by OxPulse.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "AS-IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of availability, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
OxPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service. As a free service, maximum liability is limited to $0.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OxPulse from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
8. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Termination
OxPulse reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to any user at any time.
10. Governing Law
For users in Russia — these terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. For international users — the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
12. Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
13. Local Law and Jurisdiction (draft — pending legal review)
Encrypted communication and censorship-circumvention software are restricted or unlawful in some jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of the Service is lawful where you are. Nothing in the Service or its documentation is legal advice. 14. Sanctions and Export Compliance (draft — pending legal review)
The Service is communications software made available consistent with applicable U.S. sanctions authorizations for services incident to internet communications (including 31 C.F.R. § 560.540 with respect to Iran and analogous authorizations for other comprehensively sanctioned territories), and with U.S. export regulations applicable to publicly available encryption software. The Service may not be used by or for the benefit of persons on applicable sanctions lists (including the SDN List), or for web-hosting or commercial services excluded from such authorizations. We reserve the right to restrict access where required by law.
