A calling domain of your own, running on the OxPulse mesh. Your side is a DNS record; ours is a certificate and a config. Calls are end-to-end encrypted, nobody downloads an app, and no account is created.
Why the domain is the product
Every plan starts with a domain you own. That is not a convenience, it is the thing you are buying. A subdomain of ours would share our address and our TLS fingerprint, so it would be blocked the moment we are. A separate domain is a separate target, one that has to be found and blocked on its own.
What each layer actually defends against, stated plainly so you can check it:

The Private plan is one idea rather than two features. No brand of ours on screen, and your domain absent from the directory other clients are offered as fallbacks, so nothing about your setup points back at us.
Your own node
This is the complete form of the thing, not an upgrade tacked on the end. Your own domain on your own address means nothing that happens to us, or to another client, reaches you.
Two nodes at minimum. One would be a single point of failure and would give you worse availability than the shared pool. Where they sit is chosen with you, because a node only helps where it is. You get a named contact rather than a support address.
Priced per case, because the cost is driven by jurisdiction and because we will not sell more of these than we can actually stand up.
Limits, before you buy
participants per call. A hard limit of the mesh and edge forwarder, not a packaging decision. If your team is larger than this, say so before you pay. No plan here changes it.
- You are live in three to five days. Provisioning is done by hand, not automated, so a plan starts as a short exchange rather than a checkout: you point a DNS record at us, we issue the certificate and the config. It is also why we take a limited number at a time. If that wait does not work for you, say so before you pay rather than after.
- You get colour and copy, not a bespoke interface. Your logo, palette, name, favicon and share card are yours. Layout, type and motion stay ours, which is what keeps every deployment working the same way under a bad network.
- Self-hosting stays free. The edge bundle is AGPL-3.0 and always will be. If you would rather run the whole thing yourself, do. The repository is public and paying us is not a condition of anything.
What we do not keep
No raw IP address, no call content, no identity, no user-agent. Call records are dropped roughly ten minutes after the call. Where we publish a country-level figure, the country comes from a lookup performed as the event arrives and the address itself is never written down.
Cancellation is yours to do, not a request you file with us. Monthly, no contract, no minimum term. Your exposure is one month, whenever you decide.
