OxPulse, in one URL.
Single page for VCs, OTF reviewers, B2B prospects, and journalists. No narrative inflation — pointers to the artifacts that already exist, and a short founder note on stage and ask.
Product, in one paragraph.
- OxPulse
Anti-censorship voice and text platform. Federated mesh by default — no central SFU on the critical path. Validated 1 KB/s text channel today; voice carrier (Codec2 + 7-tier degradation) in active hardening. Edge relays run as AGPL software on operator-owned hardware. Small-room topology by design — the architecture trades scale for adversarial resilience.
Founding event and market signal.
- 16 February 2026
YouTube throttling and Telegram pressure converged in RU. The product was started the same week. First public deployment: 17 March 2026.
- Federated voice has no incumbent
Signal is centralized; Jitsi and Element are conferencing-shaped; Briar is text-only and offline-first. The "real-time Tor" position is open. Detail in POSITIONING (share on request).
Three public routes.
-
Founder story, project posture, design discipline. Start here if you want voice and intent before architecture.
- /security
Threat model, adversary profiles, cryptographic choices. Public route shipping next; until then the document is available on request.
- /transparency
Production numbers, partner-node count, warrant canary status. Public route shipping next; current canary lives on the partner-edge repo (linked below).

Anatoly Koptev — solo, San Francisco.
- Solo founder
San Francisco, US Pacific. Native Russian; primary outreach in RU and EN. Engineering, product, and OTF correspondence run through one inbox today; that is intentional for the current stage.
- Schedule a call
Email to schedule — anatoly@koptev.me, or via /contact. Calendly is not used; founder picks the slot manually after a one-line agenda.
What the project commits to in writing.
- Warrant canary
No warrants, no subpoenas, no operator-data requests received as of 2026-05-08. Quarterly cadence. Live at TRANSPARENCY.md (above).
- AGPL edge
Operator software is AGPL-3.0. Modifications operators run must be shared back. The economic moat is not the code; it is the relay topology and the brand.
- Open threat model
Adversary classes and crypto choices are documented and revisable. No "trust us" surface area on the security claims.
Pre-seed. Non-dilutive preferred.
- Non-dilutive target
$300K–$700K grant funding (applications in review; secondary channels prepared). Covers external audit, M5–M6 hardening, RU and FA documentation, and partner-edge growth from 4 nodes to 25.
- Optional SAFE
$500K–$1M SAFE alongside or in lieu of grants. Standard YC post-money SAFE. No board seat at this stage.
- Use of funds
Audit (~$80K). Voice hardening through M6 (~$120K founder + 1 contractor). Localization for RU and FA (~$40K). Partner-edge expansion and operator support (~$60K). The remainder is 12-month runway.
